| What is Bishopscourt Direct? | ||||||||||||||||
| We are an online platform that matches Buyers and Residents in Bishopscourt. Our aim is to reduce the costs that are incurred in real estate transactions and to make the process centralized on a single platform, but with the same level of security as with a traditional estate agent. | ||||||||||||||||
| How does it work? | ||||||||||||||||
| We receive enquiries from interested parties and match them against our database of registered residents in the Bishopscourt area. The property owners that match the criteria will then be sent an email informing them that there is a possible buyer interested in their property. They can then choose whether or not to setup a meeting. From there we will connect the potential buyer and the resident. | ||||||||||||||||

| Are my details secure? | ||||||||||||||||
| Bishopscourt Direct respects your right to privacy and takes great care to protect your information. As a matter of policy, we will not not sell, rent or lend any of your personal information to any third parties. Security and privacy is of the utmost importance to us! For this reason, we do not release any buyers and residents information until both parties have specifically agreed to the meeting. It is only after both parties have agreed to meet that we release the buyers information to the resident. We never release the resident's information at any point. | ||||||||||||||||

| How can I recommend a friend? | ||||||||||||||||
| Once you are registered, there is an option in the left-hand navigation to “Recommend a Friend”. | ||||||||||||||||
| How do I change my details? | ||||||||||||||||
| Once you have signed up with us, you will be able to login and edit your details whenever you want, simply select edit/update details on the left-hand navigation. | ||||||||||||||||
| I've forgotten my password, what do I do? | ||||||||||||||||
| Click on the "sign-in" button, you will be taken to the sign-in page where you need to click on the "forgot your password" link under the password field. You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Bishopscourt Direct registration. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password. | ||||||||||||||||
